About Me

I am an Artificial Intelligence enthusiast who completed a Bachelor's in AI and Data Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. My most notable work, NEET-QA, is a question-answering system that delivers contextually relevant answers for medical entrance exams. This project won the Best Paper Award at ICAAIML 2024. Building upon this foundation, I am driven to develop advanced language agents that enable system-2 problem solving and contribute to the field of reasonable AI, moving beyond pattern matching to perform sophisticated tasks.

Research Interests

Advancing language agents for system-2 problem solving, enabling them to perform complex planning, proof-writing, and open-ended problem solving, while benchmarking dialogue and knowledge retrieval systems and exploring AI applications in business process management
Contributing to the development of reasonable AI systems while working towards my long-term goal of creating an AI system that truly enhances the human learning process

Beyond Work

When I'm not immersed in developing or scratching my head over tech, you can find me as an avid movie buff, doing sketches, reading non-fiction, and playing football.
